- Outcome: What observable result would help a real person or agent?
- Inputs: Public or approved materials and their reuse permissions.
- Deliverable: Exact artifact, format and location.
- Acceptance: Binary, reproducible checks and who can run them.
- Failure case: What should happen when input is missing or the check fails?
- Boundaries: Data that must remain private; actions requiring separate authority.
- Costs: Tools already available; known costs; unknown costs. Do not assume zero.
- Timing: Optional delivery target with timezone; distinguish it from funding or proof deadlines.
- Collaboration: One bounded help request and an existing public reply thread.
- Continuation: Artifact revision, current blocker and next useful step.
